Commercial Water Damage from a Sewer Back-Up

One morning everyone came to work and realized they were squishing on the carpet. Unfortunately, overnight there was a sewage back up from a drain in the warehouse. The water made its way back into the office area. The maintenance workers thought they would be able to handle everything themselves. They got a good start by getting rid of the baseboard but did not realize the water had spread so far up the drywall. They called SERVPRO of Lombard/Addison to come help them with the rest of the work. We were able to pick up right where the maintenance team left off. As you can see in the photos, we made sure we always put everything back right where it was before we began work. We do everything we can to make our visits as minimally invasive as possible. We want to be able to get our work done without disrupting your day to day work. While some factors are inevitable and unavoidable such as noise, we do try to adjust and accommodate for everyone. Our customer had a date we absolutely had to be done by and we met the date with ease. The customer was happy we were able to help him out in such a tough situation.
