Pipe Burst in Glen Ellyn, IL During January Freeze

This customer was on vacation when he received a call from his security company telling him there was movement in his home. The police were dispatched to his home where they found the "movement" was water pouring from his upstairs bathroom. A pipe had burst from the cold air. Three floors of his home were affected. He called SERVPRO of Lombard/Addison because we recently did work for one of his rental properties and he knew he could rely on us. We were out the same day to start the mitigation process. We worked on all 3 three floors of this customer's home and he did not even have to come home early from his vacation!
