Bakery Packout

A small, family-run, bakery experienced a fire in their kitchen. They thought the damage would close down their bakery for good. We were called out to clean up the soot and smoke residue. We were able to box up their entire kitchen and determine what was salvageable and not. We also had the chance to clean and save a majority of their large appliances. Their insurance told us we saved them a few thousand dollars by cleaning instead of replacing the appliances. The bakery was very pleased with the cleaning and care we took with all of their items. They were able to open their doors again only a few weeks later!
