Flooded Basement in Lake Bluff IL

We received a call from a customer saying that they had a flooded basement.  When our technicians got to the house they saw about 3 feet of water in the customers basement.  The crew left a sump pump in there for two days to let the water drain, once the water was drained our crew went in to remove the affected materials.  We began by clearing out the homeowner’s contents and salvaging what we could. Then, we were able to assess the structural damage so we could properly dry it out.  The home owner was very satisfied with the work that SERVPRO performed.
